LIFECYCLE ARCHITECTURE

Re-architected enterprise journey delivery across multiple SFMC and Braze instances.

Designed and implemented a unified lifecycle architecture serving four consumer brands, handling email and SMS communications for fifteen million contacts. Built reusable AMPScript and SSJS components that cut new journey build time substantially and gave the team a stable foundation.

IDENTITY AND CONSENT

Built a governance model that holds up under audit.

Established identity resolution, segmentation governance, and consent management practices across multiple data sources. GDPR and CCPA compliant from day one, with clear ownership and traceability.
